Tara has trained with Gina Biegel ( founder of Stressed Teens) to deliver an adapted Mindfulness course especially suitable for teenagers and young adults. The course consists of 8 sessions of up to an hour and a half each. The Mindfulness practices are shorter and the reflections and discussion topics are all relevant to a younger person. The course can be offered in a group setting or one to one. The tools that young people learn through engaging in this course help to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation and increase resilience and a sense of agency.
